Packaging: "thoroughly purged and filled with dry nitrogen gas"

In reviewing a Request for Quote, we've come across a packaging process we do not usually perform or outsource; does anyone know of a source (preferably here in Michigan) that would be able to do this:

"Each completed ballscrew assembly shall be packaged individually in a clean, heat-sealed plastic anti-static bag, which is thoroughly purged and filled with dry nitrogen gas. A second nitrogen-filled bag shall envelope the inner bag."

I've googled and tried searching ThomasNet to no avail. I found a few places that could sell us the equipment - but we're not looking in to that just yet - we'd prefer to subcontract the packaging at this time.

BTW, "thoroughly purged and filled with dry nitrogen gas" sounds like something we used to do at parties in the seventies. I think.
