Did anyone read the article in Quality Digest on the TRIZ (TIPS) method of problem solving. I'm intrigued by it, but curious.
Has anyone used this? Any examples of where it would work? I'm trying to brainstorm problems that appear to force a "compromise" but not a lot is coming to me right now.
