Just joined this forum and would like to know how can I get to view the attachment post to this forum?

On some PCs, depending on what OS, browser and preferences of both the OS and the browser, you may have to right click.

File Attachments - How to Download Files Attached to Posts
Hello Iam Ajay from India, a registered member of Elsmar.com. Can any one tell me how to download the attachments, as every time i try to download the attachment, file named attachment.php is downloaded instead of actual file?

If you right-click the attachment and try to save it, that's what will happen. Just left-click on the attachment and you'll see something like this (if you're using Internet Explorer):
You'll see a similar dialog box if you're using Firefox or some other browser. You can open or save the file from there. Post back if this doesn't solve the problem for you.

Dear Friend,
I tried that also, actually the problem is that whenever I try to open with right click or left click, the file automatically give a message for opening with download accelerator and file name is same attachement.php.
Can u throw some light on problem.

Disable Download Accelerator. There should be an icon for it in the tray (where the clock is).
