CAS No. - PPAP (I.3 and I.3.1 - requisite 8)
As treatment the submission of PPAP (I.3 and I.3.1 - requisite 8) of material Granery for products with CAS to number equal but supplying different, will be that it is really necessary.

The question isn't clear, but it appears that what you're asking is that if you supply a bulk material with a certain CAS number, and you want to substitute a different but equivalent material with the same CAS number, is it necessary to submit a new PPAP?
If that's the question, I think you want to be looking at Table I.3.3 and #7 (page 14 of the 3rd Edition AIAG PPAP Manual). Although I have no experience with PPAP for bulk materials, it appears to me that not only is PPAP not required, but notification isn't required either.

Look at the same table I referred you to in the earlier post. In instances of "New source of raw material that has no Special Characteristics" there's no need to submit or notify.

I was at Autotech 05 recently. The "new" version of PPAP changes all the rules.
There was a lot of unhappiness from the bulk material guys because it looks like the big 3 have changed back to "always do a PPAP for any change". The reasons not to submit table is gone in the new version.
Maybe I understood wrong, or perhaps it will change before we see the new version, but there were some very unhappy folks in the audience.

The 3rd Edition is current; the 4th Edition is supposed to be available in October. I haven't seen it, so I can't comment on how it might apply to your questions.
