I Say... How do you make your C of C's or C of A's - Excel .xls or other program

I currently use MS Excel with multiple tabs (one a form and another a "database") to make my C of C's. Off form, I fill in the customer and lot info and the form "looks up" the appropriate information. Then, I print the form.

I was wondering how other people make their CofC's or CofA's. I am looking for more automation and ease of use.

I use Word. I have only one customer that requires a CoC on 2 products, so it doesn't pay for me to automate.

Anyone else?
