I am require to produce a Layered Audit Procedure .....can someone please supply me with an example.

Are you starting from scratch, needing to design a system including checklists and reports, or do you just need to describe the system you have? Which customers are driving this requrirement for you?

There have been several forum threads outlining how to develop checklists and discussing the LPA requirements for GM & Chrysler. Before writing any procedure, you need to know what what you're describing, whether planned or actual.

I might be looking in the wrong place, but I am also looking for a procedure to get an idea where to start and haven't found anything. Am I overlooking something?

For starters, a quick search in the Post Attachments List on: "LPA" revealed this.

Look at the parent threads as well.
