I understand some of the inputs are bit theoretical, however total value could normally exceed the cost of membership if the member is availing the benefits offered through the membership type.

Seems a little odd that a "Membership Value Assessment Calculator" is in a members-only section of the ASQ site unless there are a lot of members who aren't renewing.

In my case they would be better off not publishing such "tools". I figure $20 for the magazine. Can't see where my certifications have really helped...
