What aspect of the Production Floor do you wish to "control"? There are all sorts of things that could qualify as "visual control for the production floor":

Andons - to show machine status
Kanban - to control materials flow
Tact Time / Effeciency Boards - to control (indicate) production rates
Color Coding - to control tools and fixtures for production
Quality Boards - to communicate Issues, Corrective Actions, Scrap Rates, Etc.
General Communications Boards
Training Matrix Boards


and the list could go on...

Sample on training marix you can find a lot in post attachments, and free pdf forms.
General information and quality board should not be a problem, just decide what you want to post there ?
