Please Help! Chain Hoist and Slings Inspection Sheet - Needed

I am looking for an inspection sheet of some kind for chain hoist and slings in our facility. If anyone knows of an inspection sheet/card or other, please let me know.

Have you checked the OSHA site? www.osha.gov

I know North Carolina goes by the federal regs for everything but a couple of items. Also check some state sites like Cal OSHA for good references. Canada (the provinces) and the UK also have good safety stuff.

I thought you were a safety guy. This is real basic stuff.

Maybe this will work for you. We use this for all of our hoists and cranes at our plant.
