Unhappy EPA´s book for ISO 14k implementation

At http://www.epa.gov/ in the site for publications there is an excellent book for the implementation of ISO 14k for-free. The archive name is finalgu.pdf. I have a copy of it.

Can you post this here as it appears not to be on the EPA site anymore.
Mark recomended the following:
Quote:
In so far as books and such, Jack Kanholm's book is a basic 'revelation' book - 1.) Requirement, 2.) Documentation, 3.) Evidence/Records, 4.) Audit structure is simple and sufficient. If you want to get into more detail with some philosophy and such there is Don Sayre's book Inside ISO 14000.
Has anyone got any first hand knowledge of these books or can recomend anything for me to start implementation of ISO14001.
I thought I remembered files on the pdf but I cannot find them know?
Marc?

Thumbs up

Since it's a government document, could you send the Word version? Easier would be to attach it to a post in this thread.
