Question Single Minute Exchange of Dies and Rollfeeds - SMED in press shops

I am currently trying to enforce Smed in press shop of our company ,has any one else had experience of doing this on and on rollfeeds .If so any advice would be appreciated ,ihave been trained in Smed so no the basics
