Chart - How high the Rockwell Hardness increase after material has been edgerolled?
Does anyone know of a chart that tells how high the rockwell iincrease after the material has been edgerolled? The process is called edgerolling where a rounder edge is formed on steels.

There are several factors which will come into play.
1. Type of steel. 1008, 1010.......
2. Rate of form/cold work.
3. Stress & strain.
4. Heat generation
The long and short of it is that there is no reliable way to measure this at the plant level. Hopefully your relationship with your steel supplier is such that their lab or the lab at their integrated mill source has the facilities to perform such testing. Best bet would be to contact your local met lab and FedEx a few samples.
