Surveys about Quality Management and Lean Manufacturing

Hi everybody,

I am looking to find more surveys and statistics about Quality related topics like the one about six sigma that I found on qualitydigest.com:

I am particularly interested in surveys that show how far certain Methodolgies spread out based on for example industries (Manufacturing, service, capital goods, massproduction,...). Also articles that compare the performance of companies that apply certain methodologies in the same sector would be interesting.

Would be really great if somebody has some book or magazin titles or web pages that deal with this subject.
