Let Me Help You Clause 7.1 of ISO22000 - Planning and realisation of safe products

Referring to ISO22000

What is the scope of Clause 7.1: Planning and realisation of safe products?
Would anyone share a sample document of this clause?

I supposed this Clause shall not be confused with Clause 7.6: Establishing the HACCP Plans.

Is clause 7.6 meaning to the generic HACCP model, ie, the 12 logical steps of HACCP implementation? If that so, what is the scope of Clause 7.1?

In addition to HACCP plans, clause 7.1 of ISO 22000 "suggests" prerequisite programs (PRP's) and operational PRP's. I suggest you have a look at ISO 22004:2005 Guidance on the application of ISO 22000. It is a very good companion document to ISO 22000

The Cove,

Hi all of you. I recently came across this standard from BSI for the implementation of PRPs. It is extremely beneficial and is a good work aid for ISO 22000:2005.

visit the BSI page and buy PAS 220:2008. its specifically for the implementation of PRPs
