VDA 6.3 should I apply the questions related to service provision

I am implementig process audits accordly to VDA 6.3. Our business is plastic injection molded parts, should I apply the question in 12 th point of Service development process/providing the service ?

As far as I understand you either audit according to section 11 or section 12.

11 is for production and is relevant for you.

My question is if I need to aplly the point 12. Concerning point 11, I already adopted the questions in my audit forms since is a injection production process.

Is point 12 only suitable for companies with service provision?

As I understand yes a manufacturing company works with 11 and a service provide with 12
