Sir/Mam,
I am new to this forum,and I Work as a Quality Assurance Engineer in Automobile Supplier End(Oil Seal and rubber moulded products),keenly observed to implement a Quality concept especially Design of Experiments on Industry.
Can anyone suggest a training program for my career improvement which pushmy id to top of the hill.

Have you considered working towards an ASQ CQE certification? By studying for the exam you will be exposed to a very wide range of quality topics.
