I Say... Question about certificate/norm for stainless steel tubes

Hi,

I'm a student doing a researchproject about the market for welded stainless steel tubes. Therefore I wonder if there are some sectors (like chemical, food industry...) who demand a certain certificate from their tubesupplier? I've heard that there's sometimes asked for EN10204/3.1b, is this correct?
If you have some information about this, please let me know.

Thanking you in advance,

Jim Brouwers
Student @ University of Hasselt
