Question Management Review Format

Does anyone have a good format / checklist for Management Review? We are ISO-9002 & QS-9000 certified and our registrar is requesting that we tighten up on this for our next review.

Hi Decaqual,
For Management Review , you should endevour to cover the following topics.
Status and Results of Quality Objectives and Improvements.
Management Review action items ( from previous Mgt. Review meeting )
Results of Audits ( internal & external )
Customer Feedback ( good and bad )
Supplier evaluation
Control of Non Conforming Product.
I don't know what version of the standard you are certified to but the above points and others are stated in the 9001:2000 standard and are worth a look , also you should check out ISO 9004:2000 , guidelines for performance improvements which explains and offers ideas to each section of the 9001:2000 standard.
Regards,
Brian L

To give you some ideas, see: Elsmar Free Files directory Look for Mgmt_rev.pdf

It's a bit old, and very basic, but may give you some ideas.

Hi decaqual,

I have created a Management Review Agenda Matrix which should cover everything you need if you would like to see a copy.
