M3.1.4 special inserts or labels: which type of packing?
M3.2.4 incl. tools/measuring and test equipment/SW: what means SW?
M3.3.5 Are planning tools available such as CA...: what means CA?
M3.6.2 process visualization... what means?
M4.2.4 is there a corresonding sequence of events/flow chart: what means?
M4.4.4 is delivery successful using the packing parts list: what means?
M4.5.4 are there set-up charts... what means?
M5.5.1 are there prototype/trial release? are these release current? how to understand?

... many many confusion, who can help me

I think you will receive better replies if you you ask about each interpretation by starting individual threads related to each clause asking about the interpretation of each individual clause.

You are asking about too many indivdual clauses in one discussion thread.

M5.5.1 are there prototype/trial release? are these release current? how to understand?

In order to know what release is active.

Prototype-Trial-current production.

This is extremely important, sometimes we have proptotype and Current production, both releases still active by error. therefore in that point is focus in the balance out,balance in.
