I took a Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis workshop at the UW-Milwaukee given by James Meadows (I highly recommend it). All calculations were done "long-hand" and I still do that. I haven't seen any spreadsheet models but as my company gets more and more into assemblies, I may try to get a "basic" one set up. That won't happen overnight though - Sorry.
