New Six Sigma Project for SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)

Welcome.
Just fisished my second Six Sigma project and i look aroud for the new subject. Im SQE and my project should relate to Suppliers. 2 previous projects related: block stocks reduction and reductions goods from customer ( rework, sorting). Maybe somebody have any ideas or experiences in this issue. Thnaks for help

What product(s) / raw material(s) are your suppliers producing / manufacturing?

There are shells, housings, contacts, inserts, screwlocks

I had completed two six sigma which were supplier related:
- Incoming inspection pass rate improvement.
- Reduction of deformation of casting transmission box.

You can do six sigma projects together with suppliers. You can even act only as champion.
