Let Me Help You Re: Sample for Failure Analysis

We will first assure the failure validity, failure characterization and localization in the second, then prepare the sample and trace defect, at last we will determine the root cause.

Root Cause Analysis would be a good application here. I know there are guidelines and training sources available.
