Please Help! Effective system to track a Technology Transfer to a sister plant

Hi all,

I am currently working in a generic industry. I am looking at an effective system to track a technology transfer (transfer of aproduct from a sister company). Has anybody developped an excel system or other that allows to track every aspect of the transfer?
I am particularly interested in the health and safety aspect of trasnfering a drug product

Thanks a lot
Thomas

We have been going through the sister plant closure scenario this year, and using gantt charts to track all the activities involved in the transfer of business to our plant. Since we are automotive, many of the action items would not apply to you.

Any health & safety aspects of the transfer are captured in the same way as in new product development - equipment inspections & sign-offs, cross-functional reviews, training, etc.

Health & safety of the product should have been captured during product development. Not sure how that works for generic drugs. (Completely outside my knowledge area!)
