Just AS9100 Approved - High Speed Spin Testing company

Hello All,

I have only posted a few times on the forum, I have though read many posts and have found many ideas to getting around obstacles. I was a FAR 145 Repair Station Guy until Jan. of 06 when I was brought on board a High Speed Spin Testing company to get it registered to AS9100. In less then a year I took a non-existent quality system and was just today approved to AS9100:2004. The company has been in business for thirty + years and was def. stuck in their ways. I have had many hurdles to jump personnel wise. Friday was the second half of our audit, there were no Non-conformances found, just 3 OFI's.

It is rare to have zero nonconformances issued at the initial assessment.
