Training Module for QA (Quality Assurance) staff

can anyone please help me, if you have any training module for qa staff in regards to outgoing, incoming, in-process inspection, customer claim handling, training for sampling plan ( milstd e ) and other subject matter related to quality assurance.

I would urge you to try the Cove's search engine it is very useful and may save you some time waiting for a response. Also always review the bottom of your screen as "Similiar Threads" are shown.

MIL-STD. 105 - Rev E and its handbook MIL- Hand Book-53-GUIDE FOR ATTRIBUTE SAMPLING INSPECTION are obsolete but this site claims to have the handbook available: http://www.qcss.com/E-Commerce%20Pro...0Standards.htm I have no affiliation with the site.

As al40 advised, use the Search function on this site to find threads for training quality personnel. There should be a lot to look at.
