Can someone confirm for me the following max/min minor diameter of UNF internal threads?
1/4-28 1B = 0.220 max 0.211 min
1/4-28 2B = 0.220 max 0.211 min
1/4-28 3B = 0.219 max 0.211 min
10-32 2B = 0.164 max 0.156 min
10-32 3B = 0.1641 max 0.156 min

May I suggest ordering a copy of ASME B1.1-2003? It contains all of the dimensional data for Unified screw threads. You can buy it online here:

or by phone at 1-800-THE-ASME.
I'm a firm believer in owning national standards. They tend to bring debates to a quick halt (although not always!!).
