Take a look at Resource Engineering's SPC Workout CD-ROM-based course. It is comprehensive, very nice, and only a FedEx away.

Question SPC Training

I am looking for SPC classes. The compant I am working for has decided to fast track SPC and QS9000 Compliance. I am not familiar with SPC and need to learn the terminology and methods quickly.
