Click on the link in the original post and proceed to purchase the download (free of charge) , eventually you will be asked for a log in and password. You can then open a link to register as a customer, giving details of your name , company etc... then just proceed with the transaction and download the PDF file. It only takes a few minutes .... hope this helps

I tried several times but I couldn't download. Anyone that have already downloaded those two draft standards, please send to me one copy. My email address is: xiao_zhang356(at)yahoo(dot)com(dot)cn. Your timely help and kindness shall be mostly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

No major changes at 9001.
Very good idea for the new 9004!

Yes, isn't it? Huge amount of change - very interesting direction, but I like it a lot. There's been a serious amount of thinking done.

Re: ASQ has posted ANSI/ISO CD1 9001:2009, ANSI/ISO CD1 9004:2009
Yes Jane!
As you have in all your posts “Intelligent Quality: Practical, simple and flexible”, that's the way ISO 9004 has changed in the new version!
The 2k version was just an amount of good (?) ideas for improvement, some of them were not even possible to do without spending a lot o money.
As a consultant sometimes I told to registered organizations quality managers that if they read ISO 9004, they will find some "ideas" for improve their QMS.
Some weeks later, their answer was always the same – where can we get money to do what’s written there?
