Does anyone know of the definition for a robot in TE? It seems obvious in some cases (pick and place units, automated welders, or anything with "robot" in it's name) but others are not so clear. With the 50 hour requirement for robot dry runs, this could be an important distinction. If anyone can supply a definition and where they found it, it would be appreciated.

Well, this is one of those "interpretative" things. It is my understanding, that "robot" = automated. If you have automated production systems...such as automatic welders, etc.....these are considered to be "robots" I guess it depends on what machinery you have.....if you can give me some specifics, I may be able to clarify further.
