Question Is there a guideline document for a Facility Cleaning Business?

Seeking some guidance regarding setting up an ISO 9001 qms for a small facility/commercial cleaning business. Starting to grow and want to retain consistency.

Yeah, I think ISO 9004:2000 might help. It's a guideline and its applicable.

Bottom line, there isn't anything different about a Facility Cleaning Business than there is any other business other than how the income is generated. Thde requirements are the same.

Along with the above advice, I further suggest to search the internet yourself, in particular the FDA site. However a good start would be the following link http://ohioline.osu.edu/b901/appendix_3.html
