Please Help! AQL for Medical Device Components

Does anyone know of a standard Acceptable Quality Level for medical device components? I’d like to negotiate an acceptable number of nonconforming components from my supplier, but wanted a benchmark to start from.

Is this the same question being asked here: Failure Rates and Standard Acceptable Quality Level for Incoming Components?
