Please Help! Quality control with non-normal, censored and truncated data

Hi, I am currently working on the subject of quality control with non-normal, censored and truncated data. However, since I am new to that topic I need to get some information and see some examples first. Would any of you direct me towards the sources (data and data analysis examples, books, e-books) or give me some examples so I could comprehend the matter better? Thanks...

Ugur

check this link for different types of control charts. If you want to learn non-parametric methods the same website is good. I hope this helps. Good luck.
