Please Help! Process audit in compliance with ISO/TS16949

Hi
I am a quality system engineer and i am working for a company certified IS/ts. I would like to make a checklist for process audit, for each process a specefic checklist. I know that it is not mandatory for iso/ts, but i would like to make such checklist so that every one could audit. I would like to use CAPDo methodology, and emphasis on risk assessment in processes.
I wouild be very grateful if u could hepl me or orient me in this task.
Thanks in advance for your help

Welcome to the Cove!

There may be a sample checklist posted in the Post Attachments List link (thin green bar at the top of the page here) which may be suitable for your use.

I recommend 3 steps at a minimum:
1. Audit the metrics, criteria and current performance of the process being audited.
2. Audit the sequence of the process using the flowcharts or other documents.
3. Audit the linkages to other related processes.

This is oversimplified, but gets you into the correct direction.

thanks for the information.
I am already working in that direction, I have already prepared standard questions which are applicable for all processes and then according to the specifications of each process i will check other questions. I have distingueshed the following topics:
A - Effectivness an defficiency of the process
B - Customers of the process
C - Interactions with other proceses
D - Piloting the process
E - Inputs of the process
F - Outputs of the process
G - Apllixcation of the process
Please do not hesitate to mail me your remarks
