Question What is the best way to develop a CTQ tree?

Hi everybody,
I have a quastion regarding the CTQ Tree. I traying to develop a CTQ tree for one of our technical (electrical) system. The need is identified as " Higher product reliability during the burn-in period (up to 1 year of operation). My quastion is:

"What is the best way to develop a CTQ tree?

I have no direct experience with this tool, but figured I'd share this small example I had found.

This is a complex answer. I have a very useful book by Nancy R. Tague, called The Quality Toolbox, 2nd Edition. It covers many different techniques and provides 8 pages of detailed explanation and examples. The book is $36 and a bit more for international buyers.

Of course I always search the web where one can find a lot of information. I found this information:
