Question Performance Evaluation

I need to find an easy to understand tool to evaluate the performance of new products ran on old processes. Someone suggested Things gone Right, Things gone wrong. What is this? Are there any other tools? This information will be summarized for people who are not technically oriented.

This situation seems to be a perfect candidate for FMEA review. If the FMEA has been used as a living document it is a trail of what went wrong and what was done to make it right.

Also look into the history of like process control plans and you should have a good basis for your investigation.
