Just OK??? I thought it was quite good.

Without giving too much away, was there something in general you did not care for?

I finally saw Iron Man last night
I saw the trailer for that - Charlie Chaplin in a metal suit.

This is the trouble when you only see a movie every ten years!

Re: Have You Been to the Movies Lately?

It was long and also there was a scene with Samuel L Jackson at the end. It was shown at the end of the movie, after everyone's name was shown. I don't think I am going to watch Iron man II on the big screen. Could wait for the DVD to come out.

Oh man!! I didn't see the last part with Samuel Jackson in it. Young Sherlock Holmes did that about 20 years ago or so (having a little bit of the movie after all the credits and stuff).

The part with Jackson after the credits was nothing special, just a 5 second segway to the next movie. Overall though I did enjoy Iron Man...it's not often you find yourself enjoying the dialogue, characterization, and acting in these big graphics/effects movies...so I went to see it with small expectations and was pleasantly surprised that it was a good movie.

I'll be going to see Narnia over the weekend if only on the basis that I read those books when I was very young and the movie will be nostalgic for me. From the trailer it looks to be a fun movie though.
