In my opinion, a process map can’t cover all ISO9001 requirements, but every process should reflect appropriate parts of ISO requirements and all the processes together should cover all applicable ISO requirements.

Your process map is good for ISO 9001 system.

Anerol,

We also have a model similar to the ISO 9001 Process Based in our Quality System Manual, but it does not clearly relate to the Core Processes identified in the rest of the manual. I only share that as a recommendation to watch for that synchronization.

The other thought I stumbled upon when reviewing your model is: why is it that the Management and Qualty Responsibilities are not two way like that of Resource Management and Monitoring & Measurement? Is it to say that 'Quality begins with Management?'

Doug

Hi Anerol,

I suggest you go through the Cove by using the SEARCH function. We have plenty of process maps in the cove.

Doug;
When I created I condisered that Management/Quality Manager gives direction on Quality assurance, but considering it again it should be two way as Quality Department informs Management about new customer requirements,Customer satisfaction, etc. I'll modify it.
Thanks; Anerol
