Lightbulb Tell me about Layered Process Audits (LPA)

Hello,
I was asked from my mjor customer to implement LPA in my company. which was totaly new for me.I don't know how to make LPA plan or checksheets. Is any one has any example to show.

Let Me Help You Re: Layered Process Audits (LPA)

There are a couple of threads here on the Coves regarding LPA's. Please search first and see what there is. Others people may post their examples, but since you are new to LPA, I recommend some training, first, before you start to use others' examples of LPA.
