Maybe it is to late but we started working with that.

It s standard is EN 14411

1.Look at the standard's Annex ZA and learn it's system

I think that it is in system 3. If I am true The next steps are

find a NB Laboratory about that standard and Make initial testings

Then the firm must have a FPC (factory production control)
and decleration....
