Truce The Source of "C=0 Sampling Plans Index Values (Associated AQLS)"

I am trying to identify the source of a C=0 table that my company is using. The title is "C=0 Sampling Plans Index Values (Associated AQLS)", and on the bottom of the page it indicates the tables as "Table No. 1-a" and the page number of the document is 9. The left side of the table shows sample size with the AQL's (.010 - 10.0) across the top. For example for a lot size of 1201 - 3200 at a .65 AQL the sample size is 53. Does anyone know the origin of this chart? I want to reference it in our procedures. Thanks!
