I'm studying Benchmarking Methods, but it seems hard to understand. I really need kindness from someone to help me understanding more with the methods and illustrates.

I'm working for a wood furniture company (production and sale). I hope receive a Benchmarking table of the same my field.

As far as helping you out, it really depends. What exactly are you wanting to benchmark? Are the units within the same organization, or your unit against competitors units?

I know you mentioned the wook furniture industry. What particular metrics are you interested in benchmarking?

As Marc suggested, there will be more input going into next week. If you get a chance though, maybe if you will provide some more details of your project, and what variables that are of interest.
