I realize that I was perhaps not clear on this question. But this is how the question is formulated in the pre-course assignment. I have not found any methodologies described in ISO 22000 for this purpose. Another question was: what is the typical evidence that Auditor will ask to confirm that company is complying with legal requirements.

So, for this evidence I can imagine what that could be, but what are the methodologies, that I do not know.

If someone can give a hand, it will be appreciated.

The auditor may sample compliance by asking the auditee how they access legal rquirements related to for example, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), US FDA, and USDA. The auditor may then request the auditee to access a specific legal requirement related to the organizations processes.

Thank you! I thought that there was perhaps a special methodology in ISO 22000. In the pre-course assignment tehre was even a question what is the "main methodology" for verification of compliance under ISO 22000.
