FORD Quick QFD (Quality Function Deployment) Document information wanted

our organisation is in process of reengineering the new product development process . so we want to use QFD for better understanding of customer requirement and integrate the outcomesof the same in development . someone suggested me that literature/ manual developed by ford motors on QFD ,named as quick QFD, is a very good and detailed .so if some one have this document i would be delighted if he can share this document with me .

i think a supplier to ford motor can get me this document or he can ask his buyer for this . if there is any supplying to ford then i please get me this document .

hmm.. I have been involved (developing and supplying) with Ford, but have not seen a QFD document from Ford over the last 12 years.

If it is a Ford copyrighted document, it will be difficult to get it here. An email to a Ford buyer will not get us a copy either. Sorry.

Suggestion: If there is a company in your area that supplies Ford, the quality department at that supplier might be able to help you out.
