MDD 93/42/EEC consolidated version 2007

As I promised, I finally did all the changes of the 2007/47/EC directive to the previous version of the MDD.

The changes are all in blue italic.

So it is quite easy to spot all the changed sections of the directive.

Some words to the transition period:

Member States shall adopt and publish by 21 December 2008 the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to comply with this Directive.

They shall apply those measures from 21 March 2010.

I also have it in german language, just send me an email, and I will send it to you...

I have one correction on Annex V, 3.2 c where you inserted '- the technical documentation.' This should be inserted in Annex V, 4.2.

Thank you very much for posting the consolidated MDD.

I guess when you quoted 2997, you meant 2007? Although I must admit the years do rather rush past!

I wonder what the world will look like in 2997 - a question for a different forum I think.

I very much appreciate your consolidated version of the MDD..Does this by chance have the 98/79/EC changes as well as the 2007/47/EC amendments?
