Hi

Has anyone got any ideas where I can get some KPIs for physical asset maintenance? This project is driving me crazy...

Hi Bob, and welcome to the Cove

Could you explain a bit about what physical assets you are talking about? That may help get you better answers.

We've just instituted a computerised asset maintenace system to monitor the maintenace of some of our several thousand assets. Now I need to ensure the way we maintain them is best appropriate practice - and I need to work out what KPIs would be used with regards to 'asset availability', and 'maintenance to replacement costs', that sort of thing. It's well out of my field of expertise.

Hi Karma

If you read the .pdf which comes up earlier, it answers virtually all my questions. If you have developed anthing past this, it would be interesting to see.
