Looking for MIL-STD-1686B (MIL-STD-1686 revision B)

I'm looking for MIL-STD-1686B. I have the original and rev C, but I need rev B. In particular I have a requirement that references 5.2.1 notes and the revs I have don't have notes within 5.2.1. Any help would be appreciated.

I went to http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/ to try to find a back copy but they only have the DOD base document available. Sorry, but I do not have a copy of the previous Rev B.
However, here is the Base document that has the section referenced. Hope that helps.

Anyone have a clear printable version of page 9, Figure 1? The assist website has a very pixelizated version and is unreadable.

Have you tried looking in Mil-HDBK-263B, "Electrostatic Discharge Control Handbook for Protection of Electrical and Electronic Parts, Assemblies and Equipment".

It can be found here.

The file size is to big, otherwise I would of attached a copy.
