How do you audit (LPA): Input & Output Data, Key Performance Indicators, “Triggers”?

I just prepare a layered process audit checklist based on our turtle diagrams.
Advice please: How do you audit:
Input data
Out put data
Key performance indicators
“Triggers” (especially)
How should I approach these issues? What should I look for?
For every these issues, I need TS reference please.
