What does Haacp and Haccp mean and what do they stand for? I need a crash course on Haacp. Is there a free course online or a good place to get information online about this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Using quote marks can limit the hits unnecessarily, and mask potentially useful information. In this case, simply Googling hazard analysis (no quote marks) is better (imo) than using the whole phrase, and much better than using the whole phrase in quotes. In general, putting search terms in quote marks should be done only when you really need to limit the search to sites containing that exact word or words.

I think the difference is just in they way the acronym was created. If you refer to FDA sites, it always refers back to HACCP when you make queries on HAACP.

If you are referring to details, then generally there's the FDA HACCP and the Codex Alimentarius, a FAO and WHO standard created for world-wide use (outside US) and generally based on the FDA HACCP.
