I have been in the Telecommunications arena for the past Eight years, i have not got any knowledge of TL 9000. but i have worked with ETOM and ITIL and well as the ISO range, can anybody give me more info on TL 9000.

TL-9000 is a quality standard for the Telecomunications industry. It was developed by the Quest Forum and membership consits of both large telecom providers and suppliers. The standard is based on ISO 9001 with about 90 additional clauses. In addition one of the key areas of the standard is that data must be provided for key metrics of the business.
