Hi,
I'm working on this CAPA turtle map, I'm little stuck on Efectiveness and efficiency of the process;
Effectiveness:
Number of CAR's open/closed
Problem reocurrence

Efficiency
CAPA Closure time
CAPA Answered on time

Am I right?

Also please review my process flow, there are some new things added to the current process.
